COMMENCAL META TR V4 STAFF EDITION

The META TR V4 is our vision of trail riding. It is designed to make you really want to ride. Most at home when pedalling, it is even more at home when you let go of the brakes downhill, where it turns into a real mini-enduro. Well balanced, it excels during technical fast descents thanks to the aggressive kinematic/geometry combo. Rider positioning when climbing is ideal for long adventures. Flow trails, enduro, bike park, climbing, descents: nothing stands in its way.

COMMENCAL META TR V4 STAFF EDITION

With 160mm travel at the front, 140mm on the back, plus its 29'' wheels, the META TR STAFF EDITION is fun on technical trails close to home, in the bike park for a few laps, or at the start of an enduro race. The "Sunset" colourway is inspired by Hugo Frixtalon's SUPREME DH V5 from the 2022 Lourdes World Cup.

For many of our staff, the FOX 38 Factory is the best enduro fork right now. It is sensitive, offers precise control and the GRIP 2 hydraulic cartridge is easy to adjust. Without forgetting the fork leg decompression valves which ensure optimal operation at all times.

The FOX Float X2 Factory is the shock used by our downhill race teams. Its large air volume gives it the linearity and feel of a coil spring. It can be locked out using a dial to make pedalling more efficient.

SHIMANO take care of braking with the sumptuous XTR set. The four-piston calipers with 203mm discs provide maximum power.

The SRAM X01 Eagle drive is reliable, precise, and quiet. The 10-52t cassette makes for easier climbing everywhere.

In addition to being understated classy, the RENTHAL cockpit is the best in terms of shape.

The CRANKBROTHERS Synthesis Enduro 11 Carbon wheels benefit from carbon rims with differentiated stiffness to optimize grip and handling at the front and performance and stability on the back. INDUSTRY NINE HYDRA hubs are a benchmark. They offer the best performance/lifespan/comfort ratio and are raced by the COMMENCAL Enduro Project team.

To provide maximum grip for this META TR we chose a pair of SCHWALBE Magic Mary tyres with Super Trail casing and ultra-soft rubber.
